A CMS is a Content Management System. The thing is if we can code anything then why we need a content management system?
Fuel CMS is written with CI3 , a framework that is made with PHP. Here is my first submission of a tutorial. You can download the book and store it. This submission includes basic installation of this CMS. If you think I should add more in this submission then please give me some advice. Enjoy!
